What Spoorlangs does
What do you deliver?
Runners only — vehicles that start and drive. Spoorlangs is a driver-powered vehicle delivery service: a driver collects your vehicle and drives it to the delivery point. We do not offer tows, trailers, truck lanes, or parcel courier work.
Which services do you offer?
Same-day runs, auction collections, after-hours and Sunday runs, fleet runs, a live pin on request, and Proof of Delivery (POD) on every handover.
Can you move a non-runner or a vehicle on a trailer?
No. The vehicle must start and drive. Non-runners, tows, and trailer work fall outside what we do.
Can you do Cape Town or a long-haul truck lane?
No. We decline Cape Town truck lanes and similar long-haul work so we keep the Gauteng promise.
Coverage and availability
Where do you operate?
Live coverage is Johannesburg and Greater Gauteng, based in Kempton Park. Nationwide is our direction, not a live branch list — for anything outside Gauteng, WhatsApp us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
When can I message Spoorlangs?
Message any time on WhatsApp. Nico replies from 07:30, and we confirm your window.
What about after-hours or Sunday runs?
After-hours and Sunday runs are a named service with their own rate. The rate and service window are confirmed on your quote.
Who drives my vehicle?
This is an owner-led operation — Nico is the first driver. Overflow is handled by vetted freelancers on the same service level. The contracting party is always Spoorlangs (Pty) Ltd.
Booking, quotes and rates
How do I book?
WhatsApp +27 66 271 5887 with the collect pin, deliver pin, window, and vehicle notes — or use the quote form on this site. Submitting the form creates a pending request; your run is booked only once Spoorlangs confirms it with you.
Are rates VAT-inclusive?
No. All published guide rates exclude VAT. Pin-to-pin pricing is confirmed on the quote.
What is included in a run?
The agreed slot, an on-wheels driver, a live pin on request, and Proof of Delivery on handover.
What should I know about vehicle cover?
Ask Spoorlangs for the current cover status and applicable terms before booking. We confirm what applies to your requested run rather than making blanket claims.
How does POD work?
POD is Proof of Delivery. The job is closed when you have proof of delivery in hand, not when we say so.
